Exp-6 to 10Yrs
- Work with a team to develop, test, and roll-out solutions.
- Work with client to demonstrate the scripted solution and assist with any issues.
- Use industry experience, business analysis, and best practices within NetSuite to solve clients’ most complex business problems.
- Perform full NetSuite ERP and CRM implementations, interacting directly with senior-level client personnel and provide client training (on-site and/or web - based) as needed.
- Develop and communicate client requirements with the technical developers on potential product customizations.
- Plan and consult with client on business process improvements to configure system features/functions.
- Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions accommodating unique industry, business, and management processes, regulatory requirements, and other business specifications.
- Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers.
- Conduct demos, train, and walkthrough different NetSuite process areas.
- Prepare work scope documents resulting from personalization sessions, encapsulating proposed solutions.
- Work with the technical team to build, develop, and test customized solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues arising during configuration sessions.
- Translate business requirements to the technical team members. Translate technology solutions obtained from the technical team to clients.
- Conduct Cut-over and Go-Live processes.
- Provide on-going post implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.
