Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) / Global Trade Management (GTM) Functional Consultant to join our support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in OTM and GTM modules with a solid understanding of logistics and global trade processes. This is a remote role supporting US PST time zone hours in a production support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for Oracle OTM and GTM modules in a live production environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues related to transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, trade compliance, and customs processes.
- Collaborate with business users to understand process requirements and offer timely solutions.
- Manage configuration and maintenance of OTM/GTM master data, workflows, and rule sets.
- Work with technical teams to support enhancements, custom reports, and integrations.
- Document support activities, issue resolutions, and system/process updates.
- Participate in regression and user acceptance testing during updates or patching cycles.
- Ensure system availability and accuracy during critical business operations.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle OTM and/or GTM, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Cloud preferred.
- Strong understanding of logistics execution, trade compliance, customs management, and freight audit processes.
- Hands-on experience with OTM planning parameters, rates, itineraries, and order management integration.
- Experience in a support environment, using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, etc.
- Ability to work independently during US PST hours (10:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud Certification in OTM or GTM is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for OTM/GTM integrations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with related Oracle SCM modules is beneficial.
